Center City welcomes a new sushi bar and sake lounge in Philadelphia's renowned Stetson building on 1225 Sansom Street. After two intense years of rebuilding this historical landmark, 1225 RAW Sushi and Sake Lounge finally opened its doors to the public in late November.

Japanese lamps float down from the ceiling, creating a soft glow on the suede couches and hardwood floors. The fifteen feet glass bar houses an impressive shelf of exotic sakes that caters to new tasters as well as sake connoisseurs.

1225 RAW offers their customers a full traditional sushi bar as well as Asian cuisine presented with new American techniques.
